As announced earlier by Sibi George, Indian Ambassador to Kuwait, a compensation of USD 1,300 was given to the 65 low-income Indians who died of COVID-19 in Kuwait. The amount was handed over to the kith and kin of the deceased ones on the occasion of 75th Independence Day of India.

“We had arranged an activity power of three senior officers from the Embassy to scrutiny the method and to seek out the deserving candidate. Our purpose is to discover the deserving candidates and send them the cash on the earliest, reasonably than delaying it with all of the pink tapes,” said the Ambassador.
