Starting on April 6, 2022, Aeroflot, Russia's flag carrier airline, will resume service between Delhi and Moscow after it had ceased all foreign flights in March 2022 owing to conditions of war.

Since the start of the war between Russia and Ukraine, Air India has been the only carrier operating regular flights between India and Russia since Aeroflot flights were suspended. However, Air India halted flights between Delhi and Moscow last month due to increased threat perception.
