An Air Arabia aeroplane which departed from Sharjah, UAE, on Friday had to make an emergency landing at Kochi airport due to a hydraulic failure in the aircraft. The 222 passengers and crew on the flight were reported to have arrived safely.
According to the Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL), a major emergency was declared at Kochi airport on Friday following the report of a hydraulic failure on an Air Arabia flight arriving from Sharjah. The plane landed safely on runway 9 after a major emergency was declared at the Kochi airport at 6:41 pm.
