Andhra Pradesh emerges as top in ‘Ease of Doing Business’ ranking: Report
Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Telangana were also ranked as top achievers on the basis of implementing the business reform action plan 2020.
Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman recently released the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) ranking of states and union territories under the Business Reforms Action Plan (BRAP) 2020.
The report divided the states into four categories on the basis of their performance - top achievers, achievers, aspiring achievers and emerging business ecosystems.
