Apple introduces US$50 million global upskilling fund
Apple is expected to train tens of thousands of staff throughout India as part of the initiative. The following year, eligible workers can engage in programmes run by the global fund.

Apple launched a US$50 million Supplier Employee Development Fund to collaborate with its supplier partners in India, the United States, China, and Vietnam to offer best-in-class content to people throughout the supply chain.
According to the tech giant, the fund will strive to increase access to learning opportunities and skill development in India, as well as other supply chain hubs such as the United States, China, and Vietnam.
