Bihari diaspora expresses interest in furthering education in the state
Appreciating the diaspora for their support and answering their questions, Prasad assured the gathering that his government is willing to listen to their suggestions and involve them in matters regarding the improvement of their home state.
Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tarkishore Prasad interacted with the Bihari Diaspora in the United States through a video conference organised by the Bihar Foundation USA, East Coast Chapter, in association with the Consulate General of India, New York on Sunday.
In his address, the Minister invited the diaspora to invest in the development of Bihar and pledged all government assistance to whoever does so. He said “a global feeling has come alive for developing the state, it shows a bright future.”
