US-based Indian chef Vikas Khanna has launched “Culinary Icons of India,” an initiative that celebrates Indian chefs who are taking Indian cuisine to different parts of the world.
The initiative is organized by his organization, Binder, which aims to promote Indian heritage, arts, cinema, music, literature, and cuisine. The Consulate General of India is supporting the initiative as part of the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations.
