Confluence- a joint exhibition inaugurated in Japan

The exhibition is open for visitors from March 8-15. With Verma's Indian cultural arts and Nagahama's Japanese calligraphy art, it will be a site where Indian and Japanese artistic culture collide.

A joint exhibition of the works of Gunjan Verma, spouse of Ambassador of India to Japan and Japanese artist Hiroko Nagahama named “Confluence” was inaugurated on Tuesday at the Vivekananda Cultural Center Gallery, Embassy of India, Tokyo.

As part of the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ and the 70th year of India and Japan, the exhibition was inaugurated in the presence of Sanjay Kumar Verma, India's Ambassador to Japan.
