Congressman Krishnamoorthi endorses candidates for Illinois Legislature

Indian American Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi has announced his endorsements for four key Asian American candidates in the Illinois State House races, including two Indian Americans, Nabeela Syed and Kevin Olickal.

Syed, who works for a nonprofit in digital strategy and supports a range of civic engagement activities, will be, if elected, the first South Asian woman to be elected to the state legislature.
