Dalmia Group, an Indian Conglomerate led by Sanjay Dalmia announced its plans to support over 200,000 Indian medical graduates from universities located in CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries in the course of the next ten years.

CIS is a regional intergovernmental organization in Eastern Europe and Asia, its members include Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine.
