The Indian government has announced that Doordarshan (DD) India will now be available to its viewers through an over-the-top (OTT) platform in multiple countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, to present India's culture and values to the world, and its perspective on various international developments on global platforms.

In a statement, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting mentioned that Prasar Bharati, India's public broadcaster, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Yupp TV, an OTT platform.
