Delhi is the most polluted capital in the world, finds report
According to a report released on Tuesday, Dhaka is the second most polluted capital city after Delhi, followed by N'Djamena in Chad, Dushanbe in Tajikistan, and Muscat in Oman.
According to the World Air Quality Report 2021 prepared by Swiss organisation IQAir, Delhi has topped the list of most polluted capital cities in the world for the fourth year in a row.

According to the report, PM2.5 concentrations in Delhi increased by 14.6 per cent in 2021, climbing to 96.4 g/m3 from 84 g/m3 in 2020. Whereas 35 of the 50 Indian cities accounted with the worst AQI (air quality index)
