H-1B visa fraud: Cloudgen pleads guilty

Consulting firm Cloudgen LLC admitted to committing fraud to bring Indians on the H-1B visas to the US, media reports said.

Jomon Chakkalakkal, the corporate representative of Cloudgen, made the admission before a federal court in Houston, Texas, on behalf of the company on May 28, acting federal Prosecutor Jennifer B Lowery was quoted as saying in various news reports.

Chakkalakkal has been shown on the company website as senior vice president for sales.
