Indian Multinational IT company HCL Technologies, in a news release on Monday, announced plans to create 12,000 new jobs in the United States in the next five years.
The company will recruit more than 2,000 graduates over the next 36 months through its U.S. early career and training program called “Rise at HCL,” while its recently launched apprenticeship program will create full-time tech jobs and fully-funded higher education for high school graduates in the U.S.
