Hunting Energy Services (Hunting) of the US to build a precision machine shop in a joint venture with Jindal SAW of India, with an initial expenditure of up to US$ 25 million (about INR175 crore).

"We are thrilled to have entered into this joint venture arrangement with Jindal SAW Ltd, building on the strong working relationship that we have had since 2019. The first investment in this JV will be roughly US$20-25 million, with potential annual market size of over US$200 million for Premium OCTG in India," said Jim Johnson, Hunting PLC CEO.
