The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) on April 18, 2022, declared that imports of organic soybean meal from India, which the United States Department of Commerce assessed is subsidized and sold in the US at less than fair value, had significantly harmed the US industry.

The Department of Commerce will impose anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of organic soybean meal from India as a consequence of the Commission's affirmative determinations.
