Commercial flights between India and Singapore will commence on Nov. 29, six flights have been scheduled from Chennai, Delhi, and Mumbai. Quarantine-free travel will be possible because the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) has been enabled between the countries.

According to the VTL scheme visitors to Singapore, whether short or long term, are recommended to register for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP), the applications for which will be accepted beginning Nov. 22. Fully vaccinated Singapore citizens and permanent residents, as well as kids aged 12 and under, are exempt from applying for the VTP.
