The Global Hunger Index tracks hunger and Malnutrition around the world, giving each country a score based on four indicators - undernourishment, child wasting (percentage of children under the age of 5 who have low weight for their height, reflecting acute under nutrition), child stunting (percentage children below 5 years of age with low height for their age, reflecting chronic under nutrition) and child mortality (the mortality rate of children under the age of 5).
