Indian American attorney appointed to Council of Administrative Conference of United States

Nitin Shah graduated from Harvard College and the University of Virginia School of Law and will be the only Indian American representative in the council.

President Biden announced his decision to appoint Indian American Attorney Nitin Shah to the Council of the Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS) on Sept.30 according to a news release issued by the White House.

Shah currently is the General Counsel of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). In his position he oversees all legal matters and manages a nationwide office of nearly 140 attorneys and approximately twenty support staff.
