Biden nominated Duggal — a San Francisco resident who is listed as one of 814 “bundlers” for his 2020 campaign — on March 11. Bundlers organize and collect campaign contributions from other donors. Duggal is believed to have bundled at least $100,000 for Biden, and raised more than half a million dollars for former President Barack Obama’s campaigns.
