At the recently concluded 3-day long conference on the future of India’s biometric based identification system, Aadhar, an Indian American Professor recommended lowering the enrollment age for children from 5 to 3.

Regarded as one of World’s leading experts in biometrics, Professor Anil K Jain from the Department of Computer Science at Michigan State University, USA, had a presentation titled “Aadhar: Inclusion of children.”
