Indian Consulate in NY hosts Acharya Lokesh Muni
During the event New York State Assembly honored Acharya Lokesh for his humanitarian work. State Representative Jennifer Rajkumar read the citation.
World Peace Ambassador and finder of the Ahimsa Visva Bharti Foundation, Acharya Lokesh Muni recently delivered a talk on “Peace and Harmony through Indian Cultural Values” at the headquarters of Consulate General of India in New York.
In his speech, Acharya stressed on the role of Indian cultural values and ancient Indian lifestyle practices in fostering world peace.
