Indian immigrant receives Global Talent award in Australia

A Sydney-based non-profit, Advance.org announced Indian immigrant, Dr. Sonu Bhaskar as the recipient of the Global Talent Award, which celebrates recent migrants to Australia making an impact on its future-facing industries.

The award recognises Bhaskar for his contribution to the field of medicine and his efforts to discover the unknown causes behind strokes that is now Australia’s third leading cause of death.
