Indian origin doctor wins prestigious scholarship in Singapore
Premikha will pursue her post graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, America.
Indian-origin doctor, M Premikha has been announced as one of the three recipients of the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship in Singapore on June 2, 2022.
The 26-year-old had been recognized for her contributions during the pandemic. As a part of Singapore’s Health Ministry, she was successful in securing vaccines and medical aid for Singapore by negotiating with pharmaceutical companies and also through the COVID-19 vaccines Global Access (Covax) program.
