Marine biologists on board the Schmidt Ocean Institute’s research vessel Falkor sighted the rare sea creature around a reef complex in the Phoenix Islands Archipelago, which is located in the central Pacific Ocean.

The almost transparent sea creature was caught on camera by an underwater robot (SuBastian).
