Indian-origin students create an app for farmers

The app has AI-powered plant disease diagnosis via picture recognition and localized weather-based advice, and helps farmers fight the problem of crop combustion

Three 16-year-old high school seniors Unnathi Kumar, Aarushi Bansal and Tarana Tewari have come together to build an app for farmers. The AgriCultured app is intended to improve the efficiency and sustainability of farming methods in India.

Kumar and Bansal attend Pathways World School in Aravali, while Tewari attends Canada's Etobicoke School of Arts.
