Tricolour, an Indian real estate developer, has built its first overseas office in Dubai, with a aim of creating 3,000 jobs over the next three years.

The company has also signed a deal with Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al Qassimi's private office for commercial and residential property development in the Emirates.
