Indian tourist to Singapore fall record low

Singapore received 3.64 million visitors from China, 3.08 million from Indonesia, and 1.42 million from India.

According to data from the Singapore Tourist Board (STB), the number of Indian tourists visiting Singapore plummeted dramatically from 1.42 million in 2019, pre-COVID year, to 54,000 in 2021.

Notably, India was one of Singapore's top three tourist source markets, but the Singapore Tourism Board issued figures last week that revealed COVID-19 had a significant influence on the city-tourism state's business.
