Fully Vaccinated Indians can fly to Canada from Tuesday (Sept. 7) as long as they stop over at a third country and get an RT-PCR test done. Certain middle-Eastern countries have relaxed their entry regulations and opened up for Indian Tourists. So now,

Passengers from India can pass through places like Dubai or Abu Dhabi to reach Canada. Turkey too had relaxed its entry norms on Saturday by removing the 14-day compulsory quarantine for fully vaccinated Indian passengers.
