JEE Mains 2022 to be conducted in 25 foreign countries

Academics believe it would increase competition for Indian students since more international students will register for the exam.

The government of India has agreed to increase the number of foreign countries allowed to participate in the IIT-JEE entrance exam from 12 to 25.

The United States of America, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, China, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam are among the most recent additions to the list.
