Book launch: Kamala Harris and the Rise of Indian Americans

On July 29th, “Kamala Harris and the Rise of Indian Americans” book was launched virtually over zoom platform. The event had two segments, the first was moderated by M. R. Rangaswami, one of the book’s writers, and Sanjeev Joshipura served as a moderator for the second.

“Kamala Harris and the Rise of Indian Americans” is an anthology about the Indian diaspora and its achievements edited by Tarun Basu and contributed by M.R. Rangaswami, Dr.Shamita Das Dasgupta, Raj L Gupta, Bijal Patel and Dr.Maina Chawla. The history and accomplishments of the Indian diaspora are documented by industry experts who track the community's growth in a variety of sectors ranging from activism to academics, business to entrepreneurship, medical to hospitality.
