Kuwait has resumed direct commercial flights with India from September 7 after 4 months. Kuwait has relaxed travel norms, followed by the UAE, which restrained its international travel restrictions and resumed flights with India, Egypt and several other south-east Asian nations.

The Gulf state had suspended commercial flights from several countries, including India, on the advice of health authorities amid Covid surge.
