Microsoft and India's Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) have partnered together to create DIGISAKSHAM, a free collaborative digital skills training project aimed at bridging the digital gap in India.

Over the next few years, the plan would give free training to 10 million active registered job searchers on the National Career Service (NCS) platform. The training will encompass digital and technological abilities, as well as advanced computer skills.
