Modi, Biden hold talks in Tokyo
PM modi also held bilateral talks with his Japanese and Australian counterparts during his Japan visit.
American President Joe Biden held a bilateral meeting with the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday May 24, 2022 in Tokyo. The leaders discussed a range of matters relating to India-USA ties including trade, investment, defense as well as people-to-people linkages.
PM Modi described the relation between the two countries as a “partnership of trust” while Biden expressed commitment to strengthen the partnership and make it “among the closest we have on Earth.”
