Most Indians keen to travel abroad in next six months: Survey

According to the survey, 51 percent of Indian travellers say that international travel is still a vital way to broaden their perspectives and engage with different cultures.

A survey conducted by online accommodation platform Airbnb revealed that Indian tourists are planning their next trip overseas as COVID-19-related international border restrictions have steadily eased in recent months. Nearly three-quarters of respondents expect to do so in the near future.

According to Airbnb, a vast majority of Indians surveyed (75 percent) reported to having plans to travel internationally in the foreseeable future. More than a third of those (34 percent) plan to travel abroad in the next six months.
