Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani, chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries is planning to bid for the UK’s pharma-led health and beauty retailer, Boots.

The Indian billionaire is holding talks with US firm Apollo Global management to jointly takeover the UK’s high street chains.
