New Zealand is abandoning a requirement that inbound travelers isolate themselves as it continues to remove coronavirus border barriers in the face of a rising home outbreak.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced that the requirement for vaccinated travelers to isolate for a week following arrival would be lifted.
