Mansa Devi temple, Haridwar is a Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Mansa Devi located in the holy city of Haridwar in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Offering beautiful views of the city of Haridwar, Mansa Devi Temple is situated on the Bilwa Parwat in the Sivalik Hills, the southernmost mountain chain of the Himalayas. The temple, also called Bilwa Tirth, is one of the Panch Tirth (Five Pilgrimages) within Haridwar.

This temple is one of the country's 51 shaktipeethas (holy shrines where Goddess Sati's severed body parts fell). In Haridwar, there are two more shaktipeethas: the Chandi Devi and Maya Devi temples.

Mansa Devi Temple is also a Siddh Peeth known to fulfill the desires of the worshippers.
