The Diaspora is a powerful driver of sustainable development, as it provides a range of benefits not only in the form of investments and financial resources, but also by bolstering the investments, workforce and cultural diversity, remarked Alan Ganoo, the Minister of Land Transport and Light Rail, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade of Mauritius.
Ganoo as the Chief Guest virtually addressed the opening of the two-day Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas or Indian Diaspora Day celebration organized by Alliance University.
