Qatar changes Visa On Arrival requirements for India

Travellers who have taken the vaccines approved by Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health will get extended visa waivers upon arrival.

The Ministry of Interior of the State of Qatar has announced changes to the requirements for obtaining a Visa On Arrival (VOA) for passengers from India, Pakistan and Iran.

According to the Ministry, nationals of India, Pakistan, and Iran, can receive a free tourist visa upon arrival for the duration of a Confirmed Hotel Reservation in one of the country's hotels available only through the Discover Qatar website. When the hotel reservation is renewed, the visa can be extended for a maximum duration of 60 days.
