Ravichandran Ashwin, 35-year-old Indian classic-off spinner become India’s second-highest wicket-taker in Test format on day 3 of the opening Test match against Sri Lanka in Mohali.

Ashwin achieved this feat in his Test career by taking 435 wickets surpassing the former Indian veteran-off spinner Kapil Dev’s 434 wicket record.
