Rajanth Singh inaugurates the world's highest motorable road in Ladakh
Defence Minister Rajanth Singh inaugurated 27 road and bridge projects, including one at 19,000 feet in eastern Ladakh and another near the Doklam area in Sikkim.
Defence Minister of India, Rajnath Singh virtually inaugurated 24 bridges and three roads from Delhi on Tuesday. The roads have been built by, Border Roads Organization (BRO) in order to ensure swift movement of troops at borders with China and Pakistan.
This initiative is crucial for improving border connectivity and expanding infrastructure in rural locations amid the continuous rift with China in Ladakh.
