As the Russian military continues its advance through Ukraine, India has abstained from the United Nations Security Council resolution condemning Russia's "aggression" against Ukraine.

The vote was 11 in favour out of 15, with Russia unsurprisingly vetoing the UN Security Council Resolution that demanded Moscow cease its military operations in the erstwhile soviet country and withdraw its troops immediately. UAE and China like India abstained from the vote.
