Singapore plans to allow quarantine-free travel for fully-vaccinated passengers from India and Indonesia beginning Nov. 29 and will add three more countries early next month in order to "reclaim and rebuild" the country's status as an international aviation hub with global connectivity, according to media reports.

The Channel News Asia (CNA) reported that Singapore's vaccinated travel lane (VTL) programme currently includes 13 nations, including Australia, Canada, and Germany.
