The Airports Council International (ACI) has named six Indian airports as the 'best airport by size' in various categories (annual passenger traffic) in its Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey for the Asia Pacific region last year.

Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) and Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport have been ranked among the best in the category of an airport with an annual passenger traffic of over 40 million passengers. In the category of an airport with annual passenger traffic of 2 to 5 million, Chandigarh airport has been selected as among the best.
