Sonam Vashi, an Indian American journalist, is one of the JSK community Impact fellows

From September 13, 2021, until June 3, 2022, the fellowship will be available. They will get up to $75,000 in stipends, as well as additional money to assist their project work.

The John S.Knight Journalism Fellowships has recently announced 10 Community Impact Fellows for 2021-2022; Sonam Vashi, a journalist and entrepreneur of Indian origin is one among them.

"We're pleased by the diverse variety of experience levels, skills, and sorts of local organizations that our new JSK Community Impact Fellows represent across the United States. Their news and information initiatives will give vital information to areas that are all too often ignored,” stated JSK Director Dawn Garcia.
