Swiss papers to share info on Indians' real estate properties

India will receive the third set of Swiss bank account details of its nationals in September under its Automatic Exchange of Information Pact (AEOI) with Switzerland. This set of new details will also include, for the first time, information on the real estate properties owned by Indians in Switzerland.

Switzerland is consistently trying to remove the impression that its banks are an oasis for black market income. India will receive data on all the apartments, flats and condominiums that belong to Indian citizens, including the amount of money made from such assets.
