The Texas-India vaccine initiative, a venture between Indian pharmaceutical giants Biological E, Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor’s college of Medicine, has successfully developed a cost-efficient vaccine for Covid-19 which will be sold at USD 1.50 per dose according to American Research scientists.

Addressing the Annual 2021 gala for the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston (IACCGH) Dr. Peter Hotez, Dean National School of Tropical Medicine said, “India’s vaccine producers are actually India’s gift to the world.”
