Foreign ministers of Australia Marise Payne and India Subrahmanyam Jaishankar recently announced the new Cyber Framework Dialogue at the end of the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD) in Melbourne.

"The ministers reiterated their commitment to an open, safe, free, accessible, stable, peaceful, and interoperable cyberspace and technologies that comply to international law," according to a joint statement issued by Payne and Jaishankar during a one-on-one meeting.
