The India-US 2+2 meeting to be held in Washington

India's External Affairs Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar, and Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh, will go to Washington DC for the summit.

During the third week of Jan., the annual India-US 2+2 meeting at the level of foreign and defense ministers will take place in Washington DC. India's External Affairs Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar, and Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh, will attend the summit.

This is the fourth round of discussions between New Delhi and Washington, which takes place in either country alternatively. There have been three rounds of discussions between the two sides so far: Sept. 2018, Dec. 2019, and Oct. 2020. The date for this year's debate was proposed in the first week of Dec., however, it was not held.
